AIREE’s Cultivate Economic Development Program is a selective, six- to nine-month initiative designed for licensed professionals and small businesses ready to grow, lead, and give back. Whether you're looking to launch your own firm or expand an existing one, this program helps you access the tools, mentorship, and support needed to succeed—while using your expertise to uplift underserved communities.

This program emphasizes innovation, sustainability, and inclusion across real estate, construction, and technology-related sectors.

 

For Individual Professionals

Build Your Own Business, Drive Change

This track is designed for real estate professionals looking to take their careers to the next level by launching an independent business. You’ll receive specialized training in entrepreneurship, leadership, and innovation, as well as real-world project experience to help you thrive in today’s tech-driven marketplace.

Ideal for:

  • Licensed real estate and mortgage brokers

  • Developers, builders, general contractors

  • Architects and engineers

  • Tech entrepreneurs and startups focused on real estate innovation

  • Specialty service providers (e.g., inspectors, appraisers, title agents)

Eligibility Requirements (Individuals):

  • Valid license, certification, or degree in a real estate-related field

  • At least 4 years of full-time experience in your profession

  • Completion of AIREE’s foundational Consulting & Entrepreneurship courses

  • Willingness to apply your skills to support economic development in your community

  • Commitment to complete 30+ hours of volunteer service through AIREE or partner organizations

  • Participation in the “Each One Teach One” initiative, mentoring or supporting future industry leaders for one year

 

For Existing Businesses

Grow, Scale, and Increase Community Impact

This track supports small and mid-sized real estate businesses looking to grow, innovate, or increase their local footprint. Whether you're a startup seeking early-stage capital or an established firm aiming to expand into new areas, AIREE offers access to business development tools, financial support, and a network of forward-thinking professionals.

Eligible Businesses:

  • Must be registered and operating in real estate or directly support real estate development (e.g., tech platforms, contracting, property services)

  • Must show a record or clear potential to promote growth in underserved or under-resourced communities

  • Must submit a business plan detailing growth strategy and community outcomes

  • Owner or a key officer must complete AIREE’s Consulting & Entrepreneurship program

  • Must commit to 30+ hours of volunteer service through AIREE or its affiliates

  • Participation in “Each One Teach One” to support the development of future professionals for one year

 

What We Don’t Fund

This program does not support:

  • Franchise-based real estate or mortgage offices (including team expansions or branch offices)

  • Annual grants for general operations

  • Churches or religious organizations

  • Conferences without a charitable or community development focus

  • Endowments or research grants

  • Political organizations

  • Schools

  • Medical or scientific research

  • Religious or fraternal organizations

 

 

How Technology Is Integrated

Both individual and business tracks include access to:

  • Training in AI applications, prop tech, and digital workflows

  • Insight into using data analytics to forecast real estate trends

  • Strategies for integrating smart housing, blockchain, or cloud-based systems

  • Opportunities to pitch or co-develop tech-based tools that solve real-world community challenges
