C-CAP (Cultivate Career Awareness Program)

Empowering the Next Generation of Real Estate Leaders

AIREE’s Cultivate Career Awareness Program (C‑CAP) is a 1 to 2 week intensive experience designed to introduce high school and college students to the dynamic world of real estate, construction, and property technology. With a focus on professional development, equity, and innovation, C‑CAP prepares students to explore meaningful careers while contributing to the revitalization of their communities.

Program Overview

C‑CAP provides students with a comprehensive introduction to the real estate industry, including hands-on exposure to careers in:

  • Real estate sales and development

  • Mortgage lending and financial services

  • Construction and skilled trades

  • Property technology and data science

  • Urban planning and community revitalization

This immersive experience includes mentorship, workshops, and access to digital tools that reflect the future of the industry—from smart housing systems and AI-powered analysis to drone surveying and virtual planning platforms.

  • Financial Support: Qualifying students may receive up to $2,500 in grant funding to support licensing, tuition, or certification expenses.

Eligible Career Sectors:

  • Real Estate Agent, Mortgage Broker, Appraiser

  • General Contractor, Title Agent

  • Architecture, Master of Real Estate, Real Estate Development *Some restrictions may apply

  • IT (Real Estate/Mortgage/Construction/Skilled Trades) *Some restrictions may apply

Eligible Regions:

Southeastern United States (Florida, Georgia, & Alabama)

Educators and community leaders may nominate students by submitting a 350-word recommendation outlining the applicant’s interest and qualifications.
