AIREE Housing 360

AIREE Housing 360 prepares the next generation to understand, access, and sustain property ownership as a foundation for long-term stability and economic growth. We believe homeownership and commercial ownership are powerful tools for building financial resilience, strengthening communities, and creating generational opportunity.

As housing and construction costs continue to rise, many families, young professionals, and emerging entrepreneurs face barriers to entry. Housing 360 addresses these challenges through education, practical planning, and technology-enabled tools that guide participants step-by-step from financial readiness to long-term property sustainability.

Program Tracks

AIREE supports families and entrepreneurs through first-time homebuyer education, multigenerational housing solutions, and commercial ownership opportunities. Participants gain financial literacy, design and redevelopment guidance, and pathways to build equity. These tracks strengthen communities by expanding access to homeownership, supporting family stability, and helping small businesses grow, reinvest, and create local jobs.

First‑Time Homebuyer

Participants receive education in mortgage readiness, budgeting, credit improvement, down-payment resource navigation, and long-term home maintenance.

Multigenerational Housing

We provide guidance on flexible housing design, redevelopment strategies, ADUs, duplex conversions, and smart-home integration that supports modern family structures and community needs.

Commercial

Young entrepreneurs and small business owners learn how to pursue commercial property ownership, build equity, and reinvest in local job creation and economic development.

Housing 360 equips Gen Z and future leaders with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to move from aspiration to ownership—strengthening small towns, rural communities, and urban neighborhoods alike.

AI‑Enabled Homeownership Tools

AIREE’s AI-Enabled Homeownership Tools are designed to help the next generation prepare for, purchase, and sustain property ownership with confidence. By combining financial intelligence, predictive technology, and digital planning systems, we equip participants with practical tools that reduce uncertainty and expand access to attainable housing.

These tools support families, young professionals, and entrepreneurs across small towns, rural communities, and urban neighborhoods.

Mortgage Readiness Coach

Participants receive personalized readiness assessments analyzing debt-to-income ratio (DTI), income stability, credit profile, and savings capacity. Each assessment includes a step-by-step action plan with automated reminders to improve credit, increase savings, and stay on track toward mortgage approval.

Property Fit & Affordability

AI-driven budgeting tools estimate total housing costs—including PITI (principal, interest, taxes, insurance) and utilities—while identifying retrofit opportunities for multigenerational living or future expansion.

Property Fit & Affordability

Rules-based matching technology connects users with eligible local and state programs. The system generates customized checklists and draft documentation to streamline applications and improve approval timelines.

Online Homeowners Courses

AI-powered training modules teach new homeowners how to manage maintenance, budget for repairs, understand insurance, collaborate with HOA's, and plan for long-term property sustainability.

Digital Permitting & Design

Participants receive zoning and permitting pre-checks for ADUs, duplex conversions, and additions. The system provides conceptual sketches and organized submission packages to reduce delays and lower development costs.
