AIREE (Aspiring Independent Real Estate Experts) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to equipping the next generation of professionals with the tools, knowledge, and opportunities to excel in the real estate and technology sectors.
We foster entrepreneurship, support the creation of new businesses, and drive job creation by helping individuals not only compete but also innovate—developing forward-thinking products, services, and tech-enabled solutions that meet the demands of a rapidly evolving industry.
As AI, automation, and digital infrastructure transform real estate, AIREE focuses on preparing emerging leaders to embrace these changes. Through a combination of education, mentorship, and hands-on training, we partner with corporate and community organizations to prepare participants for the complexities of today’s real estate landscape—while fostering inclusive economic development in small towns, urban areas, and historically under-resourced regions.
AIREE’s programs emphasize financial literacy, career readiness, real estate fundamentals, and technology fluency—highlighting the growing importance of smart home systems, AI-powered market analysis, drone surveying, and digital construction tools.
