The Cultivate Pathways Program is a strategic initiative by AIREE designed to prepare and empower both emerging talent and current professionals within the real estate industry. With a focus on career readiness, leadership development, and licensing support, this program creates a bridge between ambition and achievement—equipping participants with the tools to lead, build, and innovate in today’s dynamic real estate landscape.

 

Who the Program Serves

Aspiring Professionals (Ages 18–32)

Young adults seeking to begin careers in:

​

• Real estate sales and brokerage

• Mortgage lending and loan origination

• Construction and general contracting

• Property appraisal 

• Title and escrow services

​

Licensed Professionals

​

Experienced real estate agents or mortgage loan officers seeking to:

​

• Obtain a broker license

• Launch or grow an independent real estate or mortgage firm

• Enhance leadership, compliance, and operational skills

 

Program Features

​

Leadership Development

Participants engage in a virtual 1–2 week leadership course (offered biannually), covering:

​

• Real estate law and ethics

• Industry trends and market innovation

• Business operations and firm management

• Technology tools for agents and brokers

 

Technology Integration

​

The program introduces key technologies used across the real estate and lending industries, including:

​

• CRM platforms and cloud-based client tools

• AI-powered property valuation and underwriting systems

• Digital lending and transaction management platforms

• Prop-tech and smart home applications

 

Certificate of Completion

​

Graduates receive a certificate of completion and become eligible to apply for the AIREE License & Certificate Grant to support further education and licensing.

 

Grant Opportunities

​

• Award Amount: Up to $2,500

• Purpose: Towards tuition, licensing, or certification costs

• Disbursement: Paid directly to state-approved educational institutions or licensing bodies

• Eligible Fields: Real estate, mortgage, appraisal, title, general contracting, and approved trade programs

 

Eligibility Requirements

• Residency: Open to individuals living in the Southeastern United States
